Dididocs provides the solutions to all your document needs including scanning, digital searching and retrieval, storage and secure shredding.

Your quote

You can use our free quote tool to gauge how much it will cost to scan and store or scan and shred your documents. We will then give you a follow-up call to further discuss your requirements and options, for example, indexing and whether a sample scanning batch can be provided before sending you a written quote.

Pick up and storage

We will organise safe and secure collection of your documents and transport them to our secure access-controlled storage premises which is monitored by 24-hour CCTV. Boxes are logged on collection and checked in on delivery to the storage facility as part of a fully auditable trail.

Document prep

Each individual file within a box is assessed and categorised during the preparation process so that an accurate price can be determined based on the type of documents to be scanned. For more information of these categories please go to Your Quote

Document Scanning

Dididocs has a state of the art scanning facility, and is set up to receive, sort, scan and quality assure the digitisation of high volumes of paperwork. We provide complete document & data management solutions to a variety of industries and strive to consistently exceed the objectives of our clients.

We use the latest Kodak equipment and software technology coupled with the technical expertise, experience and knowledge of our dedicated team to provide the highest quality service and respond to the needs of each and every individual client.

Quality assurance

At Dididocs we are determined to provide you, as our client, with the high standard of service you deserve. To facilitate this we have end to end tried and tested processes to ensure expert quality assurance is provided at each step of the journey before the final review of page orientation, removing blank pages, index verification, page count and reconciliation takes place.

 

 

 

 

Secure encryption and access

The security of your data is of utmost importance to our team.

Once your documents have been scanned and quality assured they will be outputted onto a secure encrypted memory card which will be delivered to a nominated person at your organisation.

Alternatively, you may opt for your documents to be hosted on the cloud for 90 days for you to then download and save to your organisation’s systems.

Dididocs also offers a hosting service whereby your documents are hosted securely in the cloud for you to access for a monthly fee. If you wish to discuss this further please contact us and one of the Dididocs team will be happy to help.

 

Shredding

Where clients require it, a full secure shredding service is also provided according to regulations and a certificate of destruction will be issued to you.

Certificate of destruction

You will be notified when your digitised documents are ready to review, at which point you will 30 days before your hard copy documents are returned to you or confidentially shredded.

After 90 days Dididocs will remove all client digitised documents from the server and a digital certificate of destruction will be provided to the client.
